First of all, this film has gone on too long. It needs to be completed now, and since the only people reading this blog are probably me and Amanda, basically Amanda, we need to get it done. Which requires the following:
Finishing the P.D. suit.
Shooting the last 2 scenes before it snows.
Finishing the Edit/FX/Sound edit.
My deadline is this: I want a finished production by Christmas. That should be enough time to finish the post work. Let's start the New Year right. That is to say, without more projects hanging over our heads.
As for the tragedy, well that would be the loss of my damn external hard drive. It failed, and thus the video footage thus far was lost. Not the edit (praise Shiva), and I can reload it soon, if I can get my hands on a 8mm camera (seeing as my parent's is failing). Come to think of it, there's a lot of failing going on these days.
And so it is, and so it goes.
